About Us

American Care Team was founded by a Registered Nurse (RN) in 2015 to provide excellent care to clients in Maryland. 

Mrs. Aden, RN felt the need to provide high-quality loving care to clients in Maryland. She started her career as a CNA providing care at the Cedar Village Jewish Nursing Home in Cincinnati, Ohio. She then became an LPN in 2010.  In 2013, she graduated from college with her Nursing degree and then obtained her Registered Nurse (RN) license. For the last 15 years, she has provided care to patients with expertise in geriatric care.

She has worked for years at George Washington University Hospital in Washington, DC. She has also worked at The University of Maryland where she gained her acute care experience. In 2015, she launched American Care Team. She then hired and trained an amazing team of Personal Care Aides and Skilled Nurses. Services were started in Prince George's County. After significant growth, she established a headquarters office in Baltimore City. 

American Care Team now has clients throughout Maryland in the following counties: Prince George's County, Montgomery County, Howard County, Baltimore City County, and Baltimore County.
